The beach is partially organized. Some spots have sunbeds and umbrellas for rent. Other sections remain completely natural, appealing to those who prefer a quiet setting. Public restrooms and showers are available in limited numbers. Visitors should bring sunscreen, towels, and water, especially if planning to stay all day.

Access to Vathi has improved in recent years. A paved road leads down to the beach from the main island road. Parking is available but limited during summer months. Arriving early helps secure a good spot, both for parking and on the beach.
