Getting to Tertsa Beach takes a little time. It’s about 90 kilometers from Heraklion, and the drive takes nearly two hours. However, the route passes through beautiful countryside and small villages. Parking is free but limited. So, it’s a good idea to arrive early, especially in summer. Also, bring what you need—water, snacks, and sun protection. 

Tertsa Beach works best for people who love quiet places. Kids can enjoy the shallow waters, but there are no playgrounds or lifeguards. If you want a break from the crowds, this is your spot. Respect nature while you’re here. Keep the beach clean and avoid damaging plants or disturbing wildlife.
