Red Beach, located on the southern coast of Santorini, is one of the most famous and picturesque beaches in Greece.

The beach gets its name from the striking red and black volcanic cliffs that surround it, providing a stunning backdrop for sunbathers and swimmers alike.

The sand is also red in color, which makes for an unusual sight and great photo opportunities. Although it is quite small and can get crowded during peak season, Red Beach offers crystal-clear waters for swimming and snorkeling.

Be aware that the beach can be difficult to access, requiring visitors to hike down a steep and rocky path. It is also advised to wear sturdy shoes and be cautious of the cliffs, as there is a risk of landslides.
