Kritinia Castle is a medieval castle located in the village of Kritinia on the southwest coast of Rhodes.

Built by the Knights of Saint John during the 15th century, the castle played an important role in defending the island from invaders.

It offers a panoramic view of the Aegean sea and is a popular tourist spot with visitors flocking to explore the ruins and learn about the history of the Knights of Saint John.

Though the castle is in ruins, its strategic location on top of a hill and the impressive fortifications and towers give visitors a good understanding of its significance in the defense of Rhodes.

Kritinia Castle is easily accessible and can be visited throughout the year, particularly during the summer months when the weather is pleasant.
