Pondamos Beach Chalki lies on the eastern coast of the island, about 3 kilometers from Chora and close to Nimporio port. In addition, its location provides easy access to local amenities and nearby attractions. Visitors reach the beach by car, scooter, or a short scenic walk, making it convenient for all types of travelers.

The beach stretches along a small, gently curved bay. Fine sand covers most of the shore, while smooth pebbles appear in certain areas. Moreover, the sea remains shallow near the shore, allowing children and less experienced swimmers to enjoy safe conditions. Small rocky outcrops appear at the edges, and snorkelers often explore these areas for marine life.

Pondamos Beach Chalki combines natural beauty with essential facilities. A few sunbeds and umbrellas stand available for rent, while tamarisk trees provide natural shade along the back of the sand. In addition, a small taverna serves drinks, light snacks, and fresh seafood, allowing visitors to enjoy meals without leaving the beach.

Access remains straightforward, though visitors should plan carefully. A paved road leads most of the way from Chora, followed by a short gravel track to the shore. Cars, scooters, and bicycles reach the beach easily, and parking space lies nearby. Public transport operates irregularly on Chalki, so most travelers rely on private vehicles or taxis.
