From Athens International Airport (ATH) (Duration 1 hour), Thessaloniki International Airport (SKG) as well as other airports in Greece.

Karpathos Airport (AOK) also connects with a few airports in other countries in Europe during high season, most notably with the Netherlands and Italy .

From Rhodes Port (Duration 3 to 6 hours), Crete-Heraklion Port (Duration 2 to 7 hours), Piraeus Port (Duration 17 to 26 hours), Kasos Port (Duration 45min to 90min) .

There are also weekly itineraries connecting with other islands of the Dodecanese such as Kos, Kalymnos, Leros, Patmos, Symi, Chalki.

Other than Pigadia Main Port , there is also Diafani Port 50km to its north which connects with most of the destinations for Pigadia but with less frequent trips .
