Katsadia Beach offers a peaceful escape on the southern coast of Lipsi Island. Located just 3 kilometers from Chora, the beach provides easy access by car, scooter, or on foot. Well-marked signs guide visitors along a smooth, paved road.

The beach features a mix of soft sand and fine pebbles, which creates a comfortable setting for sunbathing and strolling. Moreover, the calm, crystal-clear water invites swimmers of all ages. Since the bay remains sheltered from strong winds, the sea stays gentle, making it perfect for families with children or anyone looking for a relaxing swim.

Unlike many crowded beaches, Katsadia Beach maintains a quiet, laid-back atmosphere. Even during the high season, it rarely feels busy. As a result, visitors can enjoy a more intimate and undisturbed seaside experience. Along the beach, tamarisk trees provide patches of natural shade. However, because tree coverage is limited, bringing an umbrella is a good idea.

Just a short walk from the water, traditional Greek tavernas serve freshly prepared seafood and local dishes. These spots allow visitors to enjoy a relaxed meal or cold drink while taking in views of the tranquil bay. The food is simple, fresh, and flavorful, enhancing the overall island experience.

Visitors can easily find a place to park near the beach, though parking spaces may fill quickly during August weekends. Since the beach does not offer organized water sports or loud beach bars, the atmosphere remains peaceful and unspoiled. Facilities like showers and restrooms are minimal, so preparing ahead helps ensure a comfortable visit.
