Navagio Zakynthos, also known as Shipwreck Beach, is one of the most popular beaches of Greece. It lies on the island’s northwest coast. These tours offer scenic views of the coastline. It’s best to visit early in the morning or late in the afternoon. This way, visitors can avoid crowds and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The beach itself is small. It has soft white sand and crystal-clear water. It’s a great spot for swimming, but caution is necessary. The currents can be strong, especially near the shipwreck. There are no facilities on the beach, so visitors have to make sure they bring what they need. Things such as water, snacks, sunscreen.

In addition to swimming, visitors can explore the area around the beach. The cliffs above offer amazing views. One can hike to a viewpoint, which provides an even better perspective of the shipwreck and the beach below. 

Navagio Zakynthos is often crowded during peak tourist season. Therefore, visiting early or late is crucial for a quieter experience.
